As an experienced Realtor specializing in luxury homes and senior transitions, I understand that selling a home is not always simply a real estate transaction. Whether you are downsizing from a longtime family home, helping a parent or loved one move to a new residence or senior living community, settling a probate or inherited property, or managing the sale of a home held in a trust or through Power of Attorney, the process often involves layers of decisions, emotions, memories, and responsibilities.
For me, this work is personal.
I have downsized from large luxury homes twice. Most recently, following the loss of my husband, I transitioned from our four-bedroom family home to a condominium. Experiencing that process firsthand gave me an even deeper understanding of how emotional and overwhelming a major life transition can be—and how much it matters to have someone knowledgeable, compassionate, and resourceful by your side.
A home can represent decades of memories, family traditions, treasured belongings, and an important chapter of your life. Deciding what to keep, give to family, donate, or sell—while also determining what needs to be done to the property and planning for what comes next—can quickly become overwhelming.
